What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on this site: the contact form, the quote request form, and the readiness snapshot follow-up form. That typically includes your name, work email, company, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your request. Form submissions also include basic context such as the page you submitted from and, when present, campaign parameters from the link that brought you here.
How we use it
We use submissions to respond to business inquiries, prepare recommendations and quotes, and follow up on the requests you make. We do not sell submitted information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Where submissions go
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, the form service of the platform that hosts this website, and are delivered to the Days Dynamics team. Call booking is handled through Calendly; when you book a call, the details you enter are processed by Calendly and appear on our calendar. Usage analytics, meaning page paths and the coarse events described below, are processed by Google Analytics; form contents are not sent there. Each service has its own privacy policy that applies to the data it processes.
Assessment answers stay in your browser until you share them
The Technology Readiness Assessment runs in your browser, and the snapshot is generated on your screen. Your answers are only sent to us if you choose to submit the optional follow-up form at the end. Otherwise they disappear when you leave the page.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and how the site is used overall. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser for that purpose. What we send is limited to the page path you visited and coarse interaction events, such as “a quote request was submitted,” “the booking link was clicked,” or which assessment path the link you followed pointed to.
We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, your assessment answers, search terms, or quote details to analytics. Google Analytics has its own built-in site-search measurement that can record what is typed into this site's search box; nothing we send to analytics includes it. No advertising, remarketing, or user-ID features are enabled.
